TransformationThe idea of transformation is a deceptively simple one. How many times have we heard that change is for the
better or out with the old and in with the new. No one ever seems to mention how incredibly difficult change can be. As we are going through a transformation there is a duality at play. Part of us wants to run and hide to lick our wounds
and detach from the world. Another part reaches out for love and help from those we trust. Both are interdependent. We need
time to transform into what we are becoming. We need that sacred alone time to be on our own with spirit. We also need the
support of those we love to help us through this time. Transformations will happen, it is just a matter of how best to navigate
them. Give yourself the space you need to be with yourself, with your thoughts and with spirit. This alone time is critical
to what you are becoming. But when you are ready, reach out and talk to, be with those that can help you on your path, whether
they be family, friends or someone in the healing arts. Now is the time to take stock and guide the change. Where is
it going? Where do you want it to go? There are some things you can control and others you can not. Have faith, trust and
love. On a sunny day these are easy to come by but during a storm they are hard to find but that is when you need them the
most. Spirit is there, even if you are unable to feel it because stress and worry have taken over. Breathe, meditate,
connect to your body. These simple actions will help keep you grounded while ego tries to sweep you away in a tornado of self
doubt and fear. Now is the time to reach out. Reach out to spirit and reach out to those you love. You will find a hand there
waiting to take hold. An energetic healing when you are at a crossroads can be very useful. Clear old imprints form your
energy and allow a truly new self to emerge. A self that you have helped create consciously.
